I'll Make The Coffee

So for two days now I've been working on this porch. I wish I had the digital camera to capture the before and after. (or even more accurately the picture of the porch before I did anything at all to it, then after I made a total mess of caulking it and then again after two days off trying to scrape the caulk off of the porch). I've not been 100 % successful. This physical / skilled labor thing has never been my strong point.

I would be better as the boos saying, "Hey get your lazy good for nothing hind end into gear." Or maybe as a sort Tom Sawyer, "Hey this caulking is fun. Y'all want to give it a try?" Best of all would be the guy with money to burn, "I got money. You want money. Get the job done. I'll go inside and put on a pot of coffee. Do you take sugar?"

So the sun is peaking over the horizon and the painters are due at eight so I had best get out there and try to get some more of this job done.
